Printer Mouse

Caller: Hi, our printer is not working.
Tech Support: Any idea what is wrong with it?
Caller: The Mouse is jammed.
Tech Support: Mouse? ... Our printers don't have a mouse!!!
Caller: Mmmmm??.. Oh really? ... I will send a picture.
